Fee schedule and payment information

Fees as of 16 July 2010. Fees may change without notice.

Payment information

All payments must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Fees must be paid in full before orders are processed and applicant files reviewed. Note that payments submitted to CGFNS/ICHP will first be applied to any unpaid balance on the applicant’s account from previously ordered products or services, before being applied to the newest order.

Personal checks are not accepted. Do not send cash.

Online

Fees can be paid online at https://www.cgfns.org/cerpassweb/intro.jsp. CGFNS accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. American Express is not accepted.

By mail

Fees can be paid through postal mail. You will need either a completed CGFNS Credit Card Payment Form, or an international money order or a certified bank check, made payable to “CGFNS”. Mail them to CGFNS International, Suite 400, 3600 Market Street, Philadelphia PA 19104-2651 USA.

CGFNS increases price for paper applications

CGFNS International will begin charging an additional US$75.00 for each paper application received after Friday, 16 July 2010. Applicants are encouraged to apply for CGFNS Services online at https://www.cgfns.org/cerpassweb/intro.jsp to avoid incurring the additional charge.

1 Applicants are given 12 months to meet the requirements of the application order, after which it expires. If an application that has been paid in full expires, an applicant has up to 12 months to apply for a reprocess (another 12 months on that application) and fully pay the reprocess fee listed above in the fees table (only one reprocess application is accepted after an initial application expires). If an applicant has NOT paid in full, or if fees paid were applied to previous services, and the application order expires, applicants do not qualify for the reprocess, but must submit a new application and pay the full fee to have 12 months to process the application and complete all the requirements. The subsequent 12 months begins when we receive the new application.

Applicants applying for the CGFNS Certification Program, Credentials Evaluation Service and VisaScreen^® are given 12 months to meet the requirements of the application order, after which it expires. Orders for these three services that have not resulted in the rostering of an applicant to take the CGFNS Qualifying Exam^® for the Certification Program, that have not resulted in the issuing of a Credentials Evaluation Service report, that have not resulted in the issuing of an International Commission on Healthcare Professions VisaScreen^® certificate within 12 months of the application date or that have not been paid in full will expire.

Refund policy

CGFNS has a “no refund” policy for all programs, products and services. No refund is given after an order is submitted. If CGFNS makes an error, consideration for a refund will be given on a case-by-case basis.

The fees reflect the cost associated with processing applications/orders, scanning documents, reviewing applicant credentials and files, postage and, as applicable, obtaining academic records/transcripts, validating registrations/licenses/certification, preparing reports/certificates and administering and scoring the CGFNS Qualifying exam^®.
